Ad-hoc configurations

adhoc-configurations is a Commodore component to manage one-off configurations on clusters.

The intention of this component is to allow users to manage one-off configurations which aren’t generic enough to warrant a component or as a work-around to deploy configurations until they’re implemented in a component.
