If you want to add a new service to billing please ensure the following points:

There’s a product in the billing database’s product table in the form of
appcat_$servicename:vshn:*:*:besteffortandappcat_$servicename:vshn:*:*:guaranteed. -
There’s a discount in the discount table in the form of
appcat_$servicename:vshn. -
Matching products are added to the ERP
